1 Definitions & Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply wherever the capitalised terms appear throughout this document:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include that statute or provision as amended or re-enacted. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the yuk001 Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the yuk001 Privacy Policy and the yuk001 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the entire agreement between you and yuk001.

Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following events:

• Clicking the "I Accept" or equivalent confirmation checkbox during the account registration process on yuk001.net;
• Completing the account registration form and submitting it through the yuk001 Platform;
• Making a real-money deposit into your yuk001 Account for the first time; or
• Continuing to use the yuk001 Platform after any update to these Terms has been published, where yuk001 has provided reasonable notice of such update.

If you access the yuk001 Platform on behalf of a corporate entity or third party, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. yuk001 does not accept registrations from automated systems, bots, or any non-human user agents.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and yuk001 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written or oral) relating to the subject matter hereof.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the yuk001 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not located in, a resident of, or a national of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person in connection with gambling activities on the yuk001 Platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of yuk001 or its affiliated entities;
• You have not been self-excluded from the yuk001 Platform or had a previous yuk001 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are using your own identity, payment methods, and funds — you are not using another person's identity or financial instruments.

yuk001 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Players who provide false information regarding their age or identity will have all winnings void and all deposited funds subject to return, minus any applicable charges, at yuk001's sole discretion.

Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is each Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gambling services is legal in their specific location before using the yuk001 Platform. yuk001 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond those it expressly serves. Accessing yuk001 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Registration Requirements

Each eligible player may hold one (1) active yuk001 Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether to abuse bonus offers, circumvent self-exclusion, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. To register a yuk001 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access;
• A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes;
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older;
• Your residential address in Bangladesh; and
• A unique, secure password of your own choosing.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. You must promptly notify yuk001 through the live chat or email support channel if any of your registered details change.

KYC Identity Verification

Before yuk001 processes your first withdrawal request, and at any subsequent time as required by yuk001's compliance team, you will be required to complete the KYC identity verification process. KYC documentation typically includes one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and document number;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your registered name and residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) account registered in your name, confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of the request will result in withdrawal processing being withheld until documentation is received. In cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, yuk001 may permanently close the account and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yuk001 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact yuk001 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

yuk001 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — mobile financial service (minimum deposit: ৳200)
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital wallet (minimum deposit: ৳200)
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking (minimum deposit: ৳200)
• Upay — UCB digital wallet (minimum deposit: ৳200)
• Visa — international Visa debit/credit card (minimum deposit: ৳500)
• Mastercard — international Mastercard debit/credit card (minimum deposit: ৳500)

Deposits are typically credited to your yuk001 Wallet Balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. yuk001 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits made via local mobile wallets. Any charges levied by your payment provider are outside yuk001's control and are your responsibility.

yuk001 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any deposit transaction before crediting funds to a Player's Wallet Balance. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the receiving Account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically 1–6 hours from approval
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional compliance review. yuk001 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will not be processed until the Player's KYC identity verification is complete. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is any outstanding promotional wagering requirement attached to the Player's Wallet Balance, or if there are any active compliance investigations relating to the Account.

Currency

All transactions on the yuk001 Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. yuk001 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

6 Bonus & Promotional Terms

yuk001 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per shared payment method, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed through the channel specified in the promotion (e.g., a specific deposit method or promotional code entry).
• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Wallet Balance and are clearly labelled within your Account dashboard.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement become withdrawable as real money.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a Wagering Requirement has been met, yuk001 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings from the withdrawal amount before processing.
• yuk001 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by eligible players.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a specific Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal eligibility is activated. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms. As a general guideline:

• Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 20x–35x the bonus amount.
• Deposit match bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 15x–25x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Free spin winnings typically carry a wagering requirement of 20x–30x the winnings value.

Not all games contribute equally to the Wagering Requirement. Live casino games (e.g., Baccarat, Roulette) typically contribute at a reduced rate (10%–20%) compared to slot games (100% contribution). The specific game contribution rates are published in the bonus-specific terms at the point of claiming each offer.

Bonus Abuse & Fraud

yuk001 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, and other fraudulent activities. If a Player is found to have abused promotional terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using prohibited betting strategies to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to claim a promotion — yuk001 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the Account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the yuk001 Platform — including live dealer casino games, slot games, crash games, sports betting markets, and keno — are governed by their respective individual game rules as communicated within each game interface or on the yuk001 Game Information page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Random Number Generation

All virtual and RNG-based games on the yuk001 Platform (including slots, keno, and virtual table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by yuk001's software providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These RNG systems are independently tested to ensure genuine randomness and fair outcome distribution. yuk001 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games streamed through Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules of the live studio provider. Game outcomes in live dealer sessions are determined in real time by physical dealing and are not subject to software manipulation. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live dealer game, the outcome of any incomplete round will be determined in accordance with the applicable studio provider's disconnection policy, which is available within the relevant game interface.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by yuk001's Sports Betting Rules, available on the Game Information page. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, yuk001's decision, made in consultation with the data provider, shall be final and binding. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.

Bet Cancellation & Void Bets

yuk001 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, placed in violation of these Terms, or placed in circumstances that constitute collusion or match-fixing. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Wallet Balance. No winnings will be paid on voided bets.

8 Responsible Gaming

yuk001 is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships, yuk001 strongly encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available within your Account or to contact our support team immediately.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic on-screen notifications that appear after a set period of continuous gambling activity, prompting a break from play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days) or a permanent Account closure at any time by contacting yuk001 support via live chat or at [email protected]. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yuk001 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action being taken against the responsible party:

• Creating or operating more than one registered Account on the yuk001 Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• Using the Account of another person without their express consent;
• Using third-party payment methods, stolen credit cards, or fraudulently obtained funds to make deposits;
• Colluding with other players, employees, or any third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using any software, robot, bot, script, data scraper, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the yuk001 Platform in any way;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such incidents must be reported to yuk001 support immediately and must not be exploited for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with yuk001 betting markets;
• Laundering money or using the yuk001 Platform to facilitate any form of financial crime;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or places an undue burden on the yuk001 Platform infrastructure or that interferes with the experience of other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any yuk001 software or proprietary system;
• Accessing the yuk001 Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation tool.

yuk001 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to the use of the yuk001 Platform. Reports of suspicious activity are taken seriously and acted upon promptly.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the yuk001 Platform — including but not limited to the yuk001 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, typography, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of yuk001 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yuk001 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the yuk001 Platform without prior written consent;
• Use the yuk001 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a way that implies partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with yuk001;
• Create derivative works based on yuk001 Platform content; or
• Use any yuk001 content for the purpose of developing, training, or testing any artificial intelligence or machine learning system.

Game content streamed via third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yuk001 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the yuk001 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, disconnections, or Platform downtime;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard;
• Losses arising from changes to game rules, odds, or promotional terms communicated with reasonable advance notice;
• Any indirect financial consequences of gambling activity on the yuk001 Platform.

The yuk001 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While yuk001 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and performance, we do not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players with advance notice where practically possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude yuk001's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by yuk001's negligence, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless yuk001 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the yuk001 Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

12 Amendments & Termination

Amendments to These Terms

yuk001 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, yuk001 will notify registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the yuk001 Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed prominently at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the yuk001 Platform and request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

Account Termination by yuk001

yuk001 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age;
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution;
• Inactivity on the Account for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or
• Any conduct that yuk001 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity, reputation, or safe operation of the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, yuk001 reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds held in that Account. Where closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., regulatory direction or commercial decision), yuk001 will return any verified real-money Wallet Balance to the Player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Account Termination by the Player

Players may request the closure of their yuk001 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Wallet Balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's registered payment method upon successful Account closure. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fairness and the general international standards applicable to online gaming platforms. In the event of any dispute between you and yuk001, you agree to first contact the yuk001 support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. yuk001 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

yuk001's decision on any dispute, made after a thorough internal review, shall be final and binding unless successfully challenged through an independent dispute resolution process as may be available to the Player.
